The location was perfect for our visit for the Winter Olympics: we liked that it was located up the hill a bit (away from the crowded old town), and directly across from the Thermal baths which we visited. The dinner was a bit heavy and we were one of only two tables occupied but it was fine for our purposes. The room was large and had two separate parts plus a balcony which was perfect as one of us needed to attend a Zoom class late in the evening and this allowed for the other to sleep.
Dinner was a tad heavy and we wondered why there were so few folks present. The room was a bit cold during the night~perhaps we didn’t spend the time to figure out the heating system.

The location
Staff team really does not seem to care and this is visible in small details, broken items in the room, communication, not clean table cloth at breakfast. Also, we got the room in the attic with only roof windows
