The hotel had a lot of charm. It was exactly what we were looking for.
Marco was very helpful and always willing to answer questions and share his knowledge of Tenerife.

The older gentleman who responded to my phone, and came immediately to the hotel to help out with my queries...he was very kind and was most helpful. Later we met the cleaner, who helped put with our check in...again very helpful and kind. For the low price that we paid the room was well worth it, plus we booked at very short notice.
Didn't realise that the hotel was located at the top of very steep roads, which was quite a challenge with carrying our bags. Also there was continuous noise throughout the night of what seemed to be water pipes...

The price, and the fact that I could cancel up to the last minute if I needed to change my plans
I didn’t have a balcony, and the weather was awful, I know that’s not the hotel’s fault
