Super !

La vue magnifique de notre chambre et la terrasse xxl 😃

La qualité de sommeil 😴 Trop de bruit dans les couloirs à cause de certains clients qui rentrent tard ou partent tôt le matin. On dort beaucoup mieux chez nous, à la maison. Dommage ! Les vacances c’est aussi pour faire des bonnes nuits de sommeil avant la reprise du travail.

Memorable visit

Great location, friendly staff, nice varied breakfast and clean. Fantastic views from our balcony! And on my birthday I had a surprise cake & note which was a thoughtful touch!

We stayed in March and had wonderful weather but our room was very warm in the evenings. The AC options were set to a heat mode that we couldn’t change. We had varying feedback from reception staff - open balcony door (we had two kids so didn’t feel comfortable with this option over night), “we will send someone to look at it” (didn’t notice any change), “it’s technically the winter period so we have heating on”. However it didn’t overshadow the great stay that we had! But would have made our sleeping situation a little more comfortable.

Wir waren in der EF Englisch Schule.

Das Zimmer lag über der Pooltechnik und es hatte ein ständiges Dauergeräusch. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gut geputzt, ich hätte für ein Hilten Hotel mehr erwartet.

Jätte trevlig personal vid incheckning. Jätte bra restaurang som tillhörde Hilton, Blue Elephant

Rummen kändes gamla. Hade betalat för deluxrum med havsutsikt men fick ett lite bakom med utsikt över en bukt. Dålig service vid poolen och jätte dyrt.

Beautiful stay with a beautiful staff!

The bedroom suite and view. I was greeted with sample desserts in my room and a big bowl of fresh fruit!

The room, the restaurant, cleanliness m, discounted parking price

Being on half board, although food was tasty and fresh, dinner did not match with the menu loaded from the barcode.

Good apart from the things that I mentioned should not be happening in a 5 star for 200 euro per night

Nice and large, lovely restaurants and bar areas

Room was a bit dirty, hairs in the bed and bathroom. We were also naked on the bed and a staff member just walked in to fill the mini bar. They went out and came back in 3 times disregarding the fact we shouted oi to get out.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool and views of the ocean

There were great sports facilities, service was great and delicious breakfast. The room was a generous size.

Some of the amenities were worn out: iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

A wonderful experience...We will be there again soon.

We liked the room as it was spacious and clean. We slept really well and we were comfortable with two large beds in the room. The breakfast was a real treat as well.

We were disappointed with the pool as it was always crowed and there was lack to no supervision at times. In fact many were diving whilst others came in with there shoes.

Very enjoyable, great location if we visit Malta again would consider returning.

The indoor pool was very good and our room had a lovely view, it was all very comfortably and within easy walking distance of some good restaurants.

We had breakfast out every morning as we felt the hotel breakfast was overpriced. We were very disappointed with the food in the Blue Elephant restaurant.

Sea View hotel and perfect facilities

호텔의 직원들은 매우 프로페셔널 하며 엄~~~청 친절하여 감탄을 금치 못했습니다. 특히, 리셉션에 있는 중국인 직원은 같은 아시아 사람이라 그런지 몰타에 대한 정보를 하나라도 더 알려 주려 노력하여 저희 와이프는 너무 만족했습니다. 둘째 아이가 어리다 보니 이곳저곳을 많이 누비고 다녔는데 그때 마다 직원들이 잘 웃어 주고 너무 행복한 시간을 보냈고 특히 사내 풀장이 있다 보니 겨울철에도 수영을 할 수 있고 영국인, 루마니아 인등 다양한 인종이 함께 어우려져 같이 아이들과 시간을 보내어 너무 만족 하였습니다. 5층 리셉션 옆에 라운지에서 와인 한잔 하면서 크리스마스를 보냈는데 땅콩등 안주를 꽁자로 제공하여 엄청 만족하였습니다.

마음에 들지 않는 것은 딱히 없었으나 외부에 택시들이 대기를 하고 있어 가족을 내려 줄 때 약간 위험을 느끼기는 하였습니다. 그 외에...시설 및 조식등 전체적으로 다른 호텔들 보다 더 좋았습니다.

Executive stay at the Hilton

The ambience of the executive lounge was relaxing and the room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the sea. Afternoon tea in the lounge was delicious and we also enjoyed the canapes and pre dinner drinks. We took our breakfast in the lounge too and it was peaceful and relaxing to do so. The lounge team was very attentive, polite and friendly.

On check in the receptionist wasn't too familiar with the executive lounge use, so we were left unsure as to what access we had, time of afternoon tea and evening drinks, etc. She also said she would inform housekeeping regarding my partner's birthday but she may have forgotten to do so.

Schreckliche Erfahrungen

"moderne" Einrichtung

Schlimmste Rezeption aller Zeiten. So langsam habe ich noch nie erlebt! Unfreundlich, arrogant und ungeschuhlt. Wiederlicher Kanalisationsgeruch überall. Nach 2maliger Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anständiges Zimmer, jedoch auch mit connecting door! Wir hörten Nachbars tv die halbe nacht und es ist als ob jemand anderes mit im Zimmer ist. Auschecken hatte man die Frechheit den zimmerpreis zu erhöhen wegen dem wechsel. Glücklicherweise habe ich es bemerkt! Nie wieder dort. Da gibt es definitiv besseres. Tomatensauce war nicht mal selbst gemacht. Alles aus der büchse.

Licht und etwas Schatten

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, ein Teil des Personals ebenfalls. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern atemberaubend schön.

Man spürt, dass man bei einer grossen Hotelkette ist, alles relativ unpersönlich. Die Zimmer sind okay. Die Preise in den Restaurants eher hoch.
