Amazing hotel , lovely room , very happy
Only fault I find at every hotel I stay in - please clean the over flow in the sinks ! When you are brushing your teeth in the mirror you can always see the dirt in this that’s never cleaned at any hotel I’ve stayed in !
Other than this the room was spotless.

Frequent visitors as we love its the in-house facilities- once we check in we do not look outside until we check out
Maybe a highly populated hotel as Hilton Malta should think of having an inhouse health and safety team!

Cocktail bar with zodiac signs was interesting, good gym, clean facilities
Usual hotel, nothing luxurious or higher-level, especially for €460/night in August.
Even at breakfast, nothing really stands out — no avocado, no fresh berries. As for fresh vegetables (I need around 80g per meal), I found only cucumber, and on some days there were carrots at the kids’ table. That’s it!
After 19:00, there’s basically nothing to do. The pools are closed, and the gaming room (which is very poorly equipped — see photos) is open only until 18:00.
A funny thing: we were looking for the gaming room. At reception, the staff sent us to another part of the hotel. At Oceana restaurant, the staff said it was outside near the main entrance. In the Neba yard, a staff member said they had never seen it, but if we found it, we should let them know 😄 Funny.
There are also no shows or animations, so basically nothing to do after 19:00.
There’s no personal customer care either. We received a WhatsApp message once, and when I replied with three questions, I got what looked like a ChatGPT-generated response telling me to “ask the reception.”
But considering our experience looking for the gaming room — walking through all the floors like idiots and being redirected several times in completely opposite directions — we surely didn’t take “ask the reception” seriously.
