Amazing customer service from arrival, we were treated to welcome drinks. A complimentary breakfast was also issued due to a slight issue we had in the room but this did not take away from our experience.
Rooms was quite cold, understandable for the climate but we did find it took awhile for the room to feel somewhat at room temperature. As we did not want to get sick with the extreme temperature change from in/outside. Also our room view was trees as we were facing the garden but could barely see anything.

The hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good customer service.
Tasty food. Tha Opal lounge option was an excellent choice for my family.
Access to the well equipped gym was a big bonus for us as well.

I've traveled to many places around the world, but here I feel truly comfortable. The staff are amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… they helped my family with everything… the best vacation I've ever had😊

First of all, great staff. They made my stay there really special and ensured requests are being addressed in a very timely manner. Specific thanks to Mina from Guest Relations, the whole team at Opal Lounge (Mayur and others), the reception team (Dunya and others). One of the best services I ever had.
Breakfast was very tasty. Private beach area was very nice and the sunbeds and umbrellas were always available both at the beach and at the pool area. I did not have to worry to come early to secure the space.
Room was spacy with all facilities working properly.
I really enjoyed my stay and if ever at Malta again would certainly stay in this hotel.
