Comfortable and spacious.

On the whole a good hotel, marred by th customer service.

Disappointed, that on arrival a new pair of trousers being worn were badly bleached damaged from the hotel room bathroom. Staff promised a refund, which was not reimbursed, despite subsequent attempts to contact the property. Communication was ignored.

An all round amazing stay

The meals were amazing and the options were fantastic. The location is ideal and just a skip and a stone throw away from an array of entertainment . The stay was lovely and service overall was outstanding

Dear Aha, I would like to expect my deep disappointment in your hotel and the amenities that were provided. For a Four star establishment, your accommodation was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable to stay in. When I arrived, I was taken to room 209B, and i was immediately met by a very strong odor of old and unclean carpets. I asked to be moved to a different room without a carpet and I was taken to another with a carpet that had the same horrible stench. Room 319C also had grime around the buttons on the bedside telephone. The balcony was also very dirty. The reason I left the saturday is because the bed was also broken. I could not sleep during the night. I am so deeply disappointment in this hotel and I would really like my money back. Even if its for the one night I did not stay there. But this was very very disappointing. Call me back - 0713030267

Superb

Staff were fantastic and the room was lovely.

The first night I stayed they were unloading a container ship at the port next door and the noise was terrible. Trucks beeping and whistles blowing all night. Seems to be little or no sound proofing.

Good booking offer

It doesn’t look like at the pictures. However, the staff of the hotel (manager of front desk) solved our little problem very kindly. The hotel is behind an area that makes a bit difficult the access (and not recommended on the night)

Good location

i booked a suite and it was good, spacious and comfortable. their receptions lady is great (forgot her name but she works the late afternoon shift) amazing lady. Always willing to go the extra mile to help.

their breakfast is really not good. there were a few maintenance issues they should take care of and also their maintenance response is very slow. the rooms that face the port do not have a great view and above it all, the noise of the trucks and cars wake you up from 5am worse if you are a light sleeper.

Exceptional

Location is almost okay but little bit long walking distance from Vater Front but not bad. There is a nice channel side walking road and it is nice to walk with thousands of fishes next to you. Breakfast is okay not perfect but not bad anyhow. Beds are really comfortable . Our room have had channel view which was great as well. They also helped us for daily tours... Clean and nice hotel I can say. All good.

I had an enjoyable stay and if I visited in future I will definitely stay at AHA Harbor Bridge Hotel

The breakfast was good and I liked the option to order from the menu if not satisfied with the breakfast options.

A good nights rest and beatiful view

The room was very practical. It had everything you need. Breakfast good.

It was very difficult to find. The GPS had difficulties to show the road and we had to make U-turns a few tmes

I would definitely sleep there again.

The property is so clean, nice and quite area. The staff was amazing, Thembi at reception is the best, the lady at the restaurant( forgot her name) was so nice to us.

The housekeeping could improve.

Location was perfect for being productive

The fact that my slippers and phone charger was left behind when I returned to collect only my charger was handed over. Slippers and charger were left together on desk I put it ready for me to pack away

We were checked in late because they were still cleaning the room. We were given a temporarily room until they are done. We were offered free drinks which was cool
