Great location. Lovely views. Was surprised to see the room was serviced during the day.
The checkin and registration process was a nightmare. I couldn’t get loaded for access to the building because the contact number was left at the reception desk and it wasn’t manned at about 1830. Security couldn’t register me for access without a QR code that could have been sent in advance. Also the building must register you for facial recognition access without any form of privacy policy or details about when they would remove your face from the system

Everything was perfect that’s why I always come back to icon , if you check my bookings you will see I’m always there almost every second week
I thought i took the wrong key by mistake and was locked out of the apartment . Security has no spare keys on premises. People can make genuine mistakes for that as an example how to resolve it ? I feel a protocol should be in place of incidents like this .

Room was great.
Arrival - It took more than an hour to get registered on the system, and only to find out it still wasn't working later that evening - Super frustrating getting in and out the building.
I also been waiting more than two weeks for an invoice - I have requested it twice and confirm my email - still not received anything
