Central location, spacious and relatively clean room.
Limited parking! Upon arrival, we were informed that the parking policy had changed from first come, first served to a paid system with limited spaces.
The shower leaked, creating a large puddle on the floor that we had to mop up each time.

Good location in the center of the city. Parking garage with charging station for electric vehicle was very convenient. Good value. Comfortable room, large bathroom. The staff was very nice.
The charging station for electric vehicle was very high priced. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. The decor of the hotel was not very attractive.

Very clean, bright and comfortable hotel, in a nice, open location facing the river and only a few hundred meters from the very heart of Parma. We were lucky enough to find a parking space in the small car park in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Nice to have some refreshments in the hall itself. The check out at midday was extremely convenient, because it allowed us to spend more time in town without having to move the car.
The Hotel is located in a ZTL area, which could prove a bit tricky. Luckily enough, the fact of checking out late in the morning allowed us to take full advantage of our stay,

This is a well located hotel on the very edge of Centro Storico and very easily walkable (5mins) to the centre. The room was small but adequate for 2 people, parking at the front of the hotel ( on hotel land) for free was a real bonus.
The reception staff were uncaring. Our room was very hot and the staff explained that due to local regulations the air con couldn’t be turned on. This lead to 2 very uncomfortable nights with the staff quite untroubled by our plight. In my view the hotel did not provide the contracted service which was for a comfortable nights sleep. I’ve stayed at plenty of Accor hotels worldwide before but this was the very worst in terms of customer support. I wouldn’t stay here again as the staff just don’t care.
