We loved everything the hotel was really authentic and quirky either lots of traditional features.
A small fridge in the room would have been great to store cold drinks or water.

location is perfect if you want to stay in the heart of the old city of Parma, the hotel is at proximity to major touristy sites. the staff was very nice, professional and serviceable. The caféteria/breakfast is topnotch! Highly recommended.
Albeit fully functionnal and well equiped, the bathroom and the closet space felt really baren and too sanitary.
Both these spaces could use some live plants and a splash of color.

Staff were friendly, is in a nice location - very close to the centre.
The rooms were very old and the air conditioning hardly worked in my room.
