The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly.
The stairs were a bit hard to climb with 2 suitcases, you don't need to do that - there's an elevator! The curtain rail was missing a few hooks and stoppers so it was hard to make the room properly dark in the morning.

Overall it was a nice experience but I didn't enjoy mornings as my room had an emergency evacuation door to an area where the kitchen ventilation fan made a pretty loud noise.
