A very unique staff: friendly, smiley, helpful. Super clean and cosy. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Super centered location yet calm.
Just the floor gives noise when you walk or the person above you walks.

Everything! Absolute gem of a hotel. Free tea coffee hot chocolate and water any time of the day. The staff are all so friendly and happy to give advice . Rooms made up every day and a fridge in the room was an added bonus. I felt so safe in this area and for extra security the main door is locked from 11.30pm but there is always someone on reception to let you in.

Location- right in the middle of a busy, vibrant capital city, the hotel feels like a peaceful refuge.

After a vibrant day of walking through the city, our favorite moment was slowing down on the hidden bar terrace, enjoying the complimentary coffee in such a peaceful setting.

The property was in a good location. It was clean and the staff were friendly.
In the description in booking, they wrote that they have parking which actually they do not. If you want to park you have to park in a public parking near the hotel while paying €28 per day. I found this to be misleading because I actually booked this place in accordance that they had parking however, I found out when I was there that they actually did not and I had to pay 28 € per day. No compensation was made and actually the hotel did not react to my claim. If you’re going with a car, you would have no parking included. Second thing that I did not like is that the floor was wood, and it makes squeaky noises when one walks in the room, and therefore you’re able to hear everything from the people above you and under you.
