The room is very clean and comfortable
I travel 2 adults and 2 kids, they don’t offer the extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and I have to ask/wait the housekeeping after long day when we’re very tired and we just need to sleep.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room right in the center of Brussels. Great location, very central with easy access to transportation, restaurants and places of interest. Price is also very fair for the level of comfort you get

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.
The only downside was our check-in experience. The staff member who welcomed us upon arrival was not very friendly, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Fortunately, the other staff members we interacted with during the rest of our stay were much friendlier and helpful, which made our overall experience much more pleasant.

There were too many flies on one corner of the breakfast. When asked staff replied that it’s due to fruit. However he then changed the trays with flies
