Parking facilities very good. Staff were friendly. We had plenty of space in the rooms and they tried to meet our requests when assigning rooms. Breakfast was fine...nothing special but plenty to fill you up in and enough choice.
Firm mattresses and lots of tv channel choices.
Only a short walk to central station or bus and tram stops.
Having to take own bins out under threat of a €50 extra cleaning fee. Emptying bins should be a given for house keeping.
Room space is great but as a family room the choices of hard materials of tables and sharp edges not great for small children but perfectly fine for those not toddling about. Also description said sockets child protected but the many sockets weren't. Also knives in the kitchen placed in low cupboards so dangerous for young exploring hands. These are minor things and really only relevant concerns for those with toddlers.
Corridors need a new lick of paint. They look like they haven't seen a renovation for many years.

I liked the size of the room.
It was very hot and the air conditioner was working very, very poorly and there was a lot of noise from the cars on the street.
