The facilities were great, I've stayed in a few hostels and other than 1 this was the only one I've stayed with its own toilet. It was very clean, the beds had a privacy curtain, breakfast included and the staff were really nice. They kindly accommodated my request to have an all female room. The location couldn't be better in the centre of Antwerp, literally right opposite the train station and it's so close to the bus station.

Only one lift was working. And only 1 staff , so long waiting time for check in.

One elevator is functional, one elevator isn't functiona at all, and there's no seat to sit for disabled person except in the room. Please make sure that in the lobby elderly and disabled can sit on a chair instead of sitting on the stairs floor.

Location is great.
Bed and pillow were bad, woke up with body pain. No wardrobe, room was barely big enough, had to wait long to check in.
