Location, look and feel of the hotel, the green surrounding, beach access, wellness. The staff / service at beach club was great.
Quality of the food, overpriced unfortunately, first row on beach was always reserved and people did not show up within the two hours timeframe!!!!!

Staff was very nice and attentive. Room nice with sea view, spacious bathroom and complimentary bottled water every day. Pool and beach area very good. A big plus was also the free use of the Grand Park Hotel beach area. Free car parking and free electric car charge.
Some fruits at breakfast were not fresh (sometimes figs and pineapples). We tried some of the cooked egg selections, but found them mostly disappointing. Egg Benedict was served on a tiny piece of toast, the egg was almost cold and very little sauce. Scrambled eggs were overcooked - we got the impression that most egg dishes were pre-cooked, not made on the spot for each order.
We had a half-board package, so ate dinner at the hotel every night. While the main course we chose every night, was delicious (especially the truffle pasta, we were offered when we didn’t like any of the main course choices on offer), we would have like a selection of starters instead of hot soups (when it’s almost 40 C outside!). The dessert choices were also somewhat underwhelming. Why no ice cream on offer in August?

Location and calm vibe and very positive helpful staff. Beautiful clean Adriatic Sea to swim in daily on the hotels doorstep.
Air con issues in main lobby and other communal areas very sticky. Also beds very hard need to change mattress .

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were all so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, and everything was taken care of to a very high standard.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. We look forward to returning in the future!
