Bra frokost og god service. Rommet var stort, og sengen var komfortabel.
Dessverre var renholdet på badet svært dårlig. Det virket som om badet ikke hadde blitt ordentlig rengjort på flere måneder, og dusjforhenget var så skittent at man nesten ikke hadde lyst til å ta på det.
Det var også svært varmt på rommet. Det var riktignok varmt ute og sommer, men det var ingen mulighet til å kjøle ned rommet eller regulere temperaturen.

Superb breakfast, the best on our European tour so far. The range and quality of what was available was exceptional.
We nearly walked passed it, it is so near Kold train station, 50 metres door to door. That said we never heard a train once inside.

Hotel location is next to the train station and close to city center. Breakfast was good with wide variety of foods for almost every taste and diet. Rooms were not small, we have managed to stay 2 adults and two kids with futon beds.
Some of the staff was not very welcoming, we were expecting much more hospitality as in other hotels in elsewhere. Policies were also unclear, one staff said you can take tea or coffee as complimentary but the other staff said it is not. There were also parking places very near to hotel but it is not told to us clearly.

The restaurant staff was nice and smiling, the food was good and the location was perfect
Before arriving I was contacted by the reception to ask if we need a extra bed, because we travel with a small kid. I asked if the bed that we have in the room is one big king size or two single beds put next to each other. The woman told me it was a king size bed... well it was not. me adn my wife couldn't get a proper sleep for 4 days. I went home more tired than I am. If we were told the truth i could chose and extra bed or a crib and it would be nice. When we arrived the reception guy was nice (A bit confused or idk, but nice). The corridors does not look like a 4 star hotel. Neither do the rooms.
