i got a Superior room with nice view and very specious.
you can see wear and tear on some places, but I see they are working on it.

Polite and helpful staff.
The room was clean.
Nice maritime themed entrance.
Buildings are an old folk high school which in some ways has its charm.
Very quiet despite having a room towards the parking lot and an open window.
Room could use a coat of paint.
While in some ways charming in others ways the hotel felt less like a hotel and still more like a folk high school, such as the restaurant which was really just a dining hall.
Breakfast was extremely basic and honestly disappointing, especially given other reviews.
Only 1 coffee option too.
When putting together having booked a mini double room and the very basic breakfast, I do not think it is good value for what I paid.
