Location: most of the reception staff were very helpful, especially on the first evening. Welcome drink.
No AC. One night, even ventilation was off, but the staff at the reception said that it was not the case. Closure of the door of the room next to ours always cased pretty obvious vibration of the walls. High prices in the lobby bar.

This was such a cute hotel. We loved the art and the room was big and spacious. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything.

The location of the hôtel is perfect, you havé everything you need close by : restaurants, shopping and the center of the city.
The design is nice.
The bathroom and room were a bit dirty with hair and dirt left over.
The elevators and corridors were quite dirty also and seem old.
The people at the reception were nice but no more : we were woken up at 5:50 in the morning one day because the fire alarm what wrongly set on and we had to dress up in a hurry and leave the room. At the reception we just had a sorry you can go back but no explanation or whatsoever. The following day we had no more excuse or explanation at the reception for that stressful event.
I don’t think the hotel provides with the service the price would require.
