God frokost. Beliggenheten er god i forhold til severdigheter og til stranda i Grenå. Vennlig personale. Renhold. God gratis parkering.
Hotellet tar imot hunder. Det blir for mange og de bruker uteområdene til å lufte hunder. Enkelte gjester lar hundene løpe fritt både inn og ute. Dette er svært uakseptabelt. Hotellet bør tydelig informere på egen side og ved oppslag at hunder ALLTID skal holde i bånd. Rommene mangler air condition noe som er et problem når temperaturen stiger mot 30 grader, man får ikke sove. Vi fikk byttet til et rom i skyggesiden, men det rommet hadde forferdelig dårlige senger. Restauranten bar preg av underbemanning under middagen. Totalt sett er det tvilsomt om vi gjør en ny booking om ikke forholdene blir utbedret.

This place is amazing as are the staff and the breakfast. It was really well decorated for Halloween so a fun place to be too.

Decent hotel with many rooms, no longer brand new and not super stylish, but on the whole a good choice
A little more choice at breakfast would not have gone amiss

front desk staff very unfriendly and unhelpful, rooms are not very clean, carpets are smelly, bathrooms are very small Spartan, breakfast is average with ok selection but sitting area is very dirty
