Staff very polite and helpful. Very good value for money. Included breakfast and also they had free cake and refreshments in afternoon. Room very spacious and clean.
WiFi was a bit slow. Room was comfortable but slightly warm at night. We had window open but then you have more noise from city. Not major negatives, would stay there again.

We liked the breakfast - it was a lot of choice and healthy. My kids can also find the things they like such as bacon and pancakes. The location is perfect to go to museums and go for dinner.
The cleanliness of the room can be improved. I found yellow stain on the toilet seat, so I have to buy disinfection wipes to clean it myself. There was also hair on the bedding. As our room is next to the main staircase, the noise level is a bit high at night.

The room was big enough for a single traveller. So no complaints.
There should be a telephone in the room, so that in case of any medical emergency the reception may be intimated. The lift is extremely small but manageable.

Nothing at all special here. Breakfast, bed, shower was ok.
Everything here seemed worn and needing maintenance. The smell of the place reflected this; musty and faint bathroom like smell.
