The location is handy - close to centre and station by foot. Its also not so far from the river so handy for running in the morning. The building is not modern but is well refurbished and so has a much more natural feel to it. The room was big as was the bathroom and there was free coffee in the lobby etc. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and very good quality. Staff were helpful and friendly and the common areas were comfortable to hang out at. I was busy the whole week so it was great to have a place to rest well. The bed was good also.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
The room was a nice attic room.
Single room was on 4th floor beyond the elevator stopping on 3th floor. Exercise for old knees.
The floor in the shower was on level and all water did not end in the two drains. I asked and got a dryer/scraper to keep the floor dry.

We had a great breakfast. Location for our needs perfect. Close to train station and car rental.
The stuffed dog on the bed.
Not so helpful staff. Uncomfortable to reach the room. We had a room in the 4th plant and the lift ends in 3rd. The room small but clean. The beds where too soft. No blinds on the window, so at about 5 un the morning it was like sleeping on the sun. As we arrived late and tired we didn't talk to reception about it. The bathroom is really small with poor pressure. The sink was loose and it could fall down if someone push in it.
We communicated all that to the staff when leaving but not a word about being sorry.
