This was my first time visiting Copenhagen and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the bedroom was lovely and quiet. The location was incredible especially for my first visit. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant downstairs we had a few drinks in the bar area and it was a lovely addition to the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like about the property.

Rooms were nice and spacious and location was good. Staff were lovely too
No kettle, fridge or coffee machine in room. No aircon. Absolutely outrageously expensive!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere in hotel
The toilet was very close to the basin and quite restrictive. Not really enough space for both. Shower was good.
