I would prefer no breakfast included - a set breakfast that was not good

The location was good for us.
Several nights there was no water. We were told by staff that this was an ongoing problem. Housekeeping suffered on the weekends (we were there 16 nights). Some days they serviced the room and other days they did not. After a week we stopped eating the included breakfast due to being served spoiled milk, mold, dirty carafes and dishes.
Several items on the included breakfast were the same everyday. We felt that we were being served items that were previously served and not eaten by other guests.
