The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location was the best, only a 3 min walk to Mirabell Palace and around 15 min walk to the old town (very nice walk along the river).
No parking available on site not even a drop off point to unload and load the luggage, this could be very difficult when traveling as a family with kids.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, spacious and modern. It was in a very convenient location, easy walking distance to the old town and Mirabell Palace & Gardens. The shared laundry facilities were an added bonus. Check in was straightforward and communication from the host was excellent.

The apartment was in excellent condition when we arrived and very clean. The amenities were good and the bed and sleeper couch well presented. The apartment is midway between the train station and the old town, so very well positioned.
The bed was a little soft, but this is personal preference.

Location a short walk to the train station and old town. Comfortable bed and good size modern room for two people and a balcony if you choose this option. You can also leave your luggage in the lockers in block A,so quite handy if you have a later departure after checking out.
Having never stayed in an apartment before we found it soulless and a pain to keep entering a PIN code to enter the building and room. Due to local regulations there is no way you can cook anything to eat which for us defeats the purpose of staying in a apartment.
There was no information pack or microwave in the room which other people have mentioned in previous comments and the response from the owners has been we will take this in consideration but have not acted on any constructive feedback.
Apparently they have a contact phone number but it rings then cuts off,so all communication is done via What’s App
