Un error de comunicación entre su sistema y el de booking. Pero de inmediato lo solucionaron . Nos enviaron un taxi , ya nos enviaron a una habitación y lugar que era mejor.

This was the perfect place to stay for us in Salzburg. It was great value for money and was massive for what we needed so very comfortable. It was well stocked up with tea bags and little biscuits, which was a lovely touch. In terms of location, it wasn't right in the old town but it was very close to transport as well as the Sound of Music Tour, so that was a big plus. If you're looking to be right next to restaurants and bars, I'd check out the other property from the same host in the Old Town, but this place was only 5-10 mins walk so really not far. We never met any staff but communicated via WhatsApp and they were super helpful. We were also able to wash our clothes which, after a few days skiing, was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
We were able to store our bags downstairs, which was great, but it would be nice to have a secure luggage storage spot e.g. locked away by staff, as we were afraid anyone could get in.

i love that the master team allowed us to store our luggage in our room earlier than the check-in schedule. they’re so considerate. they even gave us free coffee, tea, water and wafer. we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was a nice size and very comfortable. There was a well stocked kitchen and I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The beds were one of the best I have slept on and I had great sleeps. The check in and checkout process were all remote and very easy with the hotel communicating well through a Whats App chat. They also responded very quickly to questions.
At checkout there was no issues other than we wanted to leave our bags there were a few hours before going to catch the train but there was no secure option onsite. The room safe was stand alone and not secured to a surface which making using it not worth while as it could easily be carried away.

Η τοποθεσία φοβερή, όλα δίπλα και πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του τρένου που μας βόλεψε επειδή ήρθαμε από Βιέννη! Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και γενικά ανακαινισμένο ζεστό διαμέρισμα που το νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου! Είχε νεράκι καφέ και σοκολάτα για καλωσόρισμα και μας ετοίμασαν νωρίτερα το δωμάτιο όταν τους είπαμε ότι θα φτάσουμε πριν τις 3 που ήταν το τσεκ ιν. Επίσης είχε φοβερά αφρόλουτρα αλλά και μαλακτικό μαλλιών κάτι που δεν έχουμε δει σε κανένα άλλο Airbnb. Πολύ βολικό και το πορτατίφ που δίνει χαμηλό φωτισμό για διάβασμα το βράδυ.
Οι κουρτίνες δεν αρκούν για να καλύψουν το φως που μπαίνει το πρωι.. ξυπνούσαμε απ τις 7 γιατί ο ήλιος ήταν αρκετά δυνατός μέσα στο διαμέρισμα . Επίσης στην κουζίνα πάνω στο πανάκι καθαρισμού βρηκαμε μαύρη γυναικεία τρίχα (είμαστε ξανθοί) . Μας στεναχώρησε αυτό γιατί γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό αλλά ήταν μια λεπτομερια πολύ σημαντική.. Τέλος, το μπάνιο είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στο κρεβάτι οπότε υπάρχει μια μικρή μυρωδιά και φασαρία απ τον εξαερισμό..

Ausstattung war sehr gut, der Fernseher ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Netflix oder gar YouTube sucht man vergebens. Kaffemaschine mit 4 Kapseln ist toll! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es ist ruhig.
Toilettentür aus Glas, wer kommt denn auf so eine Idee?
Der Rauchmelder ist fast direkt vor der oben erwähnten Tür. Durch den entstandenen Wasserdampf vom duschen wurde er ausgelöst und wir hatten um 0 Uhr Nachts einen Feuerwehreinsatz der allen Gästen den Schlaf kostete.
Vielleicht war der Abzug auch schwach, aber der Melder hat einfach eine dämliche Position...

Excellent location, helpful staff, rapid reaction if have problem, when i reached there i had problem of safe box . Since it was night when reached &the staffs are not there , they upgrade my room by online chat immediately.

Erstklassige Lage, Zentrum gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ( Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe) zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Check in super geklappt . Eine kleine Überraschung im Zimmer ( Schokolade und Wasser), einfach toll. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspülreiniger, Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel waren auch schon vorhanden. Im Untergeschoss noch zusätzlich eine kleine gemütliche Lobby wo man sich treffen kann. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
Leider keine Vorhänge ( leichte Stors) am Fenster, somit mußte man tagsüber, wenn man die Blicke vom Büro gegenüber nicht wollte, die Übervorhänge zuziehen und das Zimmer war dann so dunkel, dass man Licht anschalten musste

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very homey and the beds are very comfortable. You have all the necessities needed: dishwasher, water kettle, toaster and hot plate along with dishes.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar. Supermärkte, Apotheke uvm. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man konnte die Heizung des Apartments/Badezimmer sehr gut selbst variieren.
Leider ist etwas unklar, wohin mit dem Müll, da es kein Zimmerservice gab. Die Waschküche war leider nocht nicht benutzbar. Und, die Pölster in den Apartment sind sehr unbequem.

The property is almost at the centre of the city in a safe area. The area is clean and property was clean, convenient and beautiful. The squares were just at 10 mins walking distance across the bridge.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und hatte eine kleine Küche und eine Couch.
Die Lage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schlosses Mirabell und der Tiefgarage gegenüber des Schlosses.
Ich habe das Zimmer für unseren Besuch des Electric Love Festival gebucht und kann sagen, dass der Preis an diesem Wochenende sehr normal war (im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften).
Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer funktionierte leider nicht.

Ubytování bylo pěkné, čisté, blízko centra i hlavního nádraží. Vedle ubytování také hned zastávka MHD. Komunikace mailem - vše v pořádku, rychle odpovědi.
Při ukonceni pobytu vám přijde mail s žádosti o vyplnění dotazníku o check outu - vyplnujete čas, kdy chcete odejít. Vyplnili jsme check out v rozmezí 10:30-11:00 (check out byl do 11 hodin). Ovšem již cca v 10:05 do bytu sla uklízečka uklidit pokoj, pak následně znovu ještě před 10:30. Bylo to velmi zvláštní, nechápu tedy, proč jsme vyplnovali informaci o času odchodu. (Dotazník jsem vyplnila před tím, než k nám začala vstupovat uklízečka)… toto je věc, kterou by ubytování mělo doladit, nevím jestli je to jedinečná situace nebo ne. Každopádně toto je jediná špatná věc, která se dá na ubytování říct. Jinak rada doporučim dal.

great location and very comfortable and nice room. really close to bars and restaurants, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. also has a bus stations in the front of the building so easy to get anywhere you want.
the bathroom is a bit small and could've been designed a little better.also they dont have parking. they offered a discount for a close parking lot but only for the first 24h (22 Euro instead of 36) so we preferred to use other options.
