The location and cleanliness.
There was a party outdoors in Petra Visitors’ Center at nights and the sounds were too loud that made it hard to sleep.

Location says it all, across the road from the entrance to Petra, really nice hotel and the staff were amazing, always smiling and chatting. We really enjoyed our stay here! The food was incredible too!

Noisy part of hotel through the door
Pool was closed with no prior notice
No shower gel in the holder
Floor was not even swept or cleaned for our 2nd day in the room.
