We really enjoyed our stay at Petra Moon Hotel . The staff was very welcoming , friendly and always ready to help . The food was also very good , with tasty and well prepared meals .
The location was a excellent , especially for visiting petra , as the hotel is very close to the petra visitor Center ,making it very convenient to start and end our visit . We also had the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful sunset right from our room , which made our stay Even moré special .
Overall , we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hôtel to anyone visiting petra .

Location, friendly staff except Abdullah in front office. Haroun in front office was awesome. Restaurant manager and Saleh, the chef were great.
On the last day we ran into Abdullah at front office. He was caustic, rude, and downright uncouth. All the good work done by other staff members were watered down by Abdullah’s behaviour. Wonder how he got selected to be in a client facing role!!!
