Location was great!
Room size was good
There was a sort of vent noise which was quite loud but it stopped 11pm - 7am ish
The room also seemed to stay cool no matter what we did to the AC panel. Luckily it was summer so we just left the window open to warm it up.

Very good breakfast, central location, safe neighborhood, good beds.
We are not used to tram noise, therefore noted it. But also benefitted from being able to take it reducing the walking distances.

Breakfast staff were so friendly and happy to help with any questions (we asked for oat milk and they ran back into the kitchen and couldn't apologise enough)
The room was lovely! We had a little balcony with our room which was a perfect finishing touch. Probably one of the best showers I've ever used.
Location is perfect! 2-3 walk from the palace.
Reception staff were not so friendly. When we arrived, we were handed our key cards but told nothing. So we had to locate the lifts, rooms and figure out breakfast times ourselves.

Location is pretty great
Seemed like a great hotel but as we came during a time where they had a strike then breakfast didn’t offer anything warm as well as room was a bit not so clean. Also you will hear the tram if you’ll have windows facing the street
