I booked a room as I attended a concert in Unity Arena, and the location is perfect for this. Easy to reach buses towards Oslo. The cleanlyness is good, but the hotel and the rooms are a bit sterile. The breakfast was excellent, as expected for a Norwegian chain hotel. The hotel offered a buffet (NOK 450) ahead of concerts - I did not try that one.
The rooms are a bit sterile, with a cheap looking sterile painted walls. There are long distances at the hotel, my room was > 100 m from the elevator and the stairs down to the lobby. Free coffee and tea in the lobby is nice, although it was quite a long walk to get there. Bring your own cutlery if you want to eat in your room, not even a teaspoon was available! (In the lobby, wooden stick were offered for the teabags)

Breakfast was excellent and comprehensive, with a wide selection to choose from. Gym was serviceable for a short period but otherwise lacked variety for longer stays.
On warm days, keep in mind that the room will be quite uncomfortable if you don't like being hot. There's no air conditioning (which is fair enough given that Oslo is quite cool for the rest of the year), however there's no option to have a small portable fan inside the room. You're basically told there is nothing the hotel can do to address the issue.
Location is also a bit out of town. Not a major issue as the centre of Oslo is reachable by a bus / train within 20 minutes but something to note.

Breakfast on the average, staff excellent !
Furniture in the hotelrooms are becoming very worn, holes around and dirty. The hotel certainly need a proper upgrading !
