Ett bra hotell med ett bra läge på Öland. Bra och gratis parkering med tillräckligt många platser. Smidig in och utcheckning. Trevlig personal och snabb service i restaurangen.
Svårt att gå med rullator över alla trösklarna. Vi har bott minst fyra gånger på Skansen och tycker nog att det är dags att variera menyn i restaurangen. Om man är allergis mot fisk och skaldjur finns det inte mycket annat är Fredriks planka att äta. Blir lite tråkigt om man bor på Skansen i tre nätter.

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger zentraler Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut und ausreichend.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer neben dem Pool und wurden früh durch den Poolroboter geweckt, dies war nicht angenehm. Außerdem war von früh bis nach 22.00 Uhr Musikbeschallung.

Morgenmad og aftensmad super godt. Stort rart og hyggeligt værelse m alt hvad vi behøvede. Stor dejlig seng og gode dyner/puder.
Alle personaler vi mødte var søde, rare og professionelle.

breakfast was superb, The breakfast staff were helpful. The spa was small but very nice. room was comfortable
At check in we were not made welcome, only presented with a ton of rules about booking times for a spa, and committing to a booked reservation for breakfast.
Dinner was ok, nothing special, but the service was extremely slow. 55 minutes from ordering to getting our main course. The restaurant was not that busy. The international "whiskey bar" was down in a dingy cellar with no staff to help out. we were just presented with a list and told to fix it ourselves. Again we had to find staff to get us a drink in the bar. I was also charged 280 Sek for a small (4cl) unnamed whiskey,
The room was expensive for what it was and it was cold in the room. the heating did not work.
