i am glad that my neighbor visitors were nice people.
the passcode didn't work. staff didn't pick up the whatsapp phone calls. I had to knock on the neighbor door who has latvia phone number to call the staff and get me the new passcode. it turned out the staff assigned me a different room. i am glad that my neighbor visitors were nice people 🙏🏽 staff need to be more responsive if they want self check-in to be sustainable.

Location location. In a nice part of town (best part I think) just outside of oldtown but in walking distance of all the nice things Riga has to offer. Also a fairly priced car parking, two blocks west of the hotel. Big room with all the basic amenities. All a bit outdated but for the price you pay very well worth it.
The bathroom needs an upgrade but again for the price you pay, one should not complain.

Location was great which was the main reason for the booking. The first room we stayed in had bedbugs so we requested a change in room. The new room was much bigger and cleaner.
Walls are super thin and you can hear everything from the room next to you. The room was not clean and there were bedbugs.
