Great quiet location, free laundry and kitchen facilities (amazing when travelling!), enough storage space in the room. Older property but clean.
I brought a bad mechanical sound from the air conditioner to their attention day 3 of my stay, nothing was done about it despite being told someone was coming 5 days later. Impossible to sleep so I had to sleep with headphones. The wifi also didn’t work, despite the suggestion that a router would be installed closer to the room. Housekeeping didn’t refill the soap or toilet paper for some reason, which had to be requested, and the room smelt musty, either like a smoker had been there or the carpets needed changing.

Really comfortable beds! Far enough from the "madness" of the city centre, but surrounded with cute little bars. Easy check-in process.
The plumbing (running water through pipes) can be noticed, if you're sensitive to noises.

Seamless contactless check-in. All instructions via Whatsapp with photos, simple and straightforward.
It was impossible to wash myself. There was no shower, there was a bathtub with water tap instead, but the closing of the bathtub did not work. So it was not possible to use the bath, and also impossible to shower. I had no time to sort this out with the staff as I had an early meeting, I had to leave unwashed and unrefreshed 😬
