Location and my room was surprisingly quiet.
The rooms could have been ventilation.

Great location and good size of the room.
The introduction of this facility should specify it could be loud in the evenings as there's no "quiet time" rules. I was today it could be noisy in the evening and I could cancel the booking only when I arrived. It should be told in advance instead of being told at the spot when you are going to check-in. It literally leaves you no choice to accept as otherwise you need to find another place to stay on that day!
