Really clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly staff, great location in the old town.
The hotel is a bit tired and in need of some renovation. My single room was very basic, would benefit from some pictures on the walls. Ideally it would be nice if all rooms were en suite but the shared bathrooms were clean, I never had to wait to use them and the cost reflected this.

Beds comfortable, nice altstadt location, glad to find a sink in the room. Staff friendly enough
Shared shower room was on another floor. Shared toilet had no sink. Curtains were thin and let sun in, and the window could not be kept open. Very stuffy in our top floor budget room.
Breakfast was ok but the breakfast room was full of flies! Even with the expected high price for Chur, I didn't feel this was good value for money - it felt more like a hostel
