Comfortable. Friendly staff.
Be aware, that due to the age and design of the building, there are no lifts. Having said that, the staff helped with bags without being asked.

The staff were really hard working and friendly. Old style boutique hotel and not a large chain. Our room was right next door to travelling family members and was dreary appreciated.
Room size but appreciate that is the norm with a lot of older properties in Europe. Maybe a few additional options for breakfast but this wasn’t a major issue.

The location in the heart of the old town. The staff were helpful and efficient. It's an historic interesting building and while the rooms may not be modern they are clean and comfortable and perfect for our two night stay
It was very hot and there isn't air-con but tbh it wasn't too big a deal. They supplied and electric fan.
