Agreed to prolong check out (which I didn’t use since it was not long enough to make sense of the event I had)
Very hot shower
Although the hotel advertises itself as four-star, it felt closer to three. The facilities are lovely, but the service and amenities were disappointing: no coat or slippers were provided, and even the welcome drink wasn’t automatic - you had to turn a wheel to get it (if you’re lucky- I wasn’t). Staff didn’t ask how my stay was but immediately charged CHF 24 for a breakfast I hadn’t pre-booked. Here they were very attentive… The room itself was very comfortable, but the overall experience felt impersonal and unwelcoming.

"Spotlessly clean, modern, amazing views. The tourist pass was really handy and we used it for a free bus. Air conditioned. Parking underground. Convenient for the shopping centre if that’s your thing."
