Spacious comfortable apartment with kitchen facilities. Beautiful rustic building with some lovely features.
Located in a lovely area overlooking the canal. Very easy to navigate around once we got our bearings. The staff kept me informed before arrival and were very accommodating and helpful.
We had an early flight so arrived at the property earlier than check in , however the room was already cleaned and ready so we were able to unpack straight away which gave us valuable extra hours to explore the area.
Much appreciated.
The Bathroom was the only area which let the apartment down. Shower cubicle was small and showerhead holder was loose. It wouldn’t put us off staying again as this is an easy fix.

Beautiful traditional, 2-bedroom apartment in a great quiet location. Only a short stroll from pretty squares with bars and restaurants. About 10 minutes walk from the nearest vaporetto.
Very helpful and communicative staff.
The main bedroom was spacious with nice canal window views, and all beds were comfortable.
Great to have air conditioning.
The 2nd twin bedroom could do with a mirror and a storage unit (drawers, shelves or a clothes rack), especially if staying longer than a couple of nights although the main bedroom has a double wardrobe.

Beautiful, clean and large apartment in a quiet location, with a Coop supermarket, wine bar and restaurants only a few minutes walk away, and gondolas passing by in the canal. Only 7 mins walk (and 2 bridges) from the train station. An easy 20-25 min walk to San Marco.
We stayed in Ca Tiziano - perfect for up to 4 people. We loved our stay.

It was easy. The location is great. We walked from the train station and loved walking around the canals to restaurants and to get the water taxis.
I booked the apartment based on the photos of the balcony overlooking the canal and chairs on it. However, we did not have a balcony, only windows. I saw one small balcony out our window but it was so small I don't see how it could have matched the photos on the site. I messaged the owner, and they said they normally will text a renter if they receive an apartment without a balcony and let me know that they didn't do this with us.
Also, I understand that they're going for "authentic Roman decor" but really the upholstery was just old and I wondered how clean it was. We stayed in other apartments during our visit through Italy that were going for the same vibe, and I felt they were cleaner than the comforter and chairs in this unit.
The beds were ROCK HARD. Even a pillowtop could have helped.
