Room old and can hear lots of noise

Stayed at the newly upgraded Deluxe room, but felt the whole room still looks old and not clean. Carpentry in the room are not changed. Lifts are slow. Room soundproof is bad, quite noisy.

I like that the Accor Club Members and VIP are only on the 18th Floor it gives it an exclusive feel to the members and our two bedroom suite was nice Rm 1813&1815 with the adjoining lounge room nice space For four people . I like the Happy hour only for Exclusive Members only I looked forward to that time after a hard day at the office and it was well Catered for ,the staff that were manning the VIP lounge were very kind and courteous to us nothing was a problem ,the staff member Khun Burn was a delight nice to see her in the morning she was very good ,food was good as all ways.

I don’t think I could fault anything this time which is good for the Establisment so well done.

Petit déjeuner et la localisation de l'hôtel

Impossible d'accéder au stationnement intérieur. Et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur qui le relié à l'hôtel. Il faut monter ses valises par l'escalier avant d'accéder au Lobby. Le stationnement est supposé être inclus dans le prix mais il te font payer à la sortie.

Great location

Location is unbeatable. Located next to the buzzing Siam area, there are always things to do around the area. Very close to BTS station too.

Beliggenhed tæt på de store populære Indkøbscentre.

Kan bestemt ikke anbefale stedet. Du betaler dyrt for beliggenheden, men bestemt ikke for værelserne eller hotellet. Gangarealer har beskidte tæpper og det ser klamt ud. Hotellet er gammelt, føler mig virkelig snydt for pengene.

楽しかったです

冷房の空調から少し水漏れがありましたが、その後の全スタッフの対応が早く、修理や清掃まで手早くしていただきました。その際、責任者が丁寧に謝罪に来られ、次の日外出から帰宅後にはテーブルの上に昨日の謝罪文レターとフルーツ盛合わせまで置かれていました。最終日のチェックアウトの時も、責任者が最後に挨拶に来られ、素晴らしい対応だなと感じながら空港に気分よく向かう事ができました。

房间有厕所味，忍不了

地理位置很好，去周围商圈购物很方便

一开门就闻到房间有很重的厕所味，整个房间闻起来像马桶。让前台给换了间房。去新房间的路上看到有个员工手拿空气清新剂走出来，果然一进房间就是一股廉价的花香，跟厕所味的烦人程度不相上下。整体设施老旧，清洁不到位，到处都是卫生死角，完全不像个四星级的样子，性价比极低。如果不是订不到房，建议还是选别家吧。

It’s a nice stay and it’s comfy but the locks and sockets can be better

It’s really tidy and close to Siam paragon which is nice, the lobby are really comfy too

The room I got there’s damaged socket and the bathroom can’t be locked

Can't beat the location

the location is the best

There is no full length mirror in the bedroom. The Buffet breakfast could taste better since I'm vegetarian. The Indian food selection needs a lot of improvement .

Great location, close to subway station (2 mins walk)!

The location was amazing! Close to the skytrain (subway) that you can take straight from & to the airport (with 1 exchange/transfer). It was also close to so many restaurants, malls and affordable massage places! Close to a Chula (I believe) university and british council.

The hotel room condition was quite old, the beds were too high. Quite crowded. It could be a bit safer with the keycard and the elevator to the floor you stay in. They shouldn't charge extra for bringing you food and stuff (even their own breakfast meal), I think that's a bit weird and 100 baht is too pricey. Oh and the wifi was very very slow!

For this amount, definitely not worth the money

Location is good, convenient to most places by foot

Decor is dated. On day of checkout, room was locked out at 11. Even when I called to the reception that we will be checking out later at 1pm.

i love the location of this hotel but the cleanliness of the room/linen should really give some special attention.

the location is superb

the lightings in the room is very dim and the towels are dirty with stains. all the towels are so worn out, should replace it

Comfortable very good location.

Had a pleasant stay, met a nice crew who helped us a lot. Room is ok, not extravagant but comfortable for a few days stay. The location is AMAZING and no place came quite close to it as it’s the only one situated directly in siam square. Allowed us to come back to place our shopping bags as it’s nearby “everything”

I stayed in 507, and the room look clean, but smell like u're in toilet whole room, its damn smelly, I have never stayed in such smelly room, I would never choose to stay in this hotel again.
