Stay here nearly every time I visit Bangkok. Great for shopping and dinning options. Very good service from the welcoming friendly staff. Love the pool deck.
It's getting old but renovations keep it going. Overall positive stay.

Excellent place to stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay.

1. The best location, very close to shopping mall and locates in siam square ! Just walk a bit.
2. Professional staffs and good services.
1. Too small numbers of staffs at lobby for service customers.
2. Slow elevator and too small numbers.
3. Breakfast, very simple and small lists of food.
4. Outsiders can use elevator (no need keycard to use elevator).

Location
Hotel was extremely run down. Parts of the floor taped down. Loose flooring around the bar / swing seating area. Far below standards expected for a 4* hotel
