The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond
The grounds are beautiful and so well kept, with amazing attention to the fine details.
I loved the lovely infinity pool, and being right on the beach was perfect.
The entire place is very clean and well maintained.
I would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely rooms, pretty resort. Convenient for Gili islands crossing. Nice pool.
Spa is off site which wasn’t properly explained and in a closed down hotel. Food in restaurant was a bit hit and miss.

The staff at Puri Mas were excellent, all very friendly and helpful - the highlight of this place! We appreciated being looked after with a great room which had everything we needed, including strong air-con, a huge comfortable bed and large bathroom. The facilities were beautiful and well looked after, amazing large infinity pool and gardens. We ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food a lot, the nasi goreng was the best on our trip! No complaints at all!
The location is quiet, you can walk along the beach and visit other resorts or a few local warungs but not necessarily get anywhere else without transport. Worked perfectly for our kind of visit though!
