Our stay was so comfortable that we extended our stay by 1 more night. After the first night, our bed was abit uncomfortable and we requested it to be changed which was done so whilst we spent the day exploring. We were traveling far back home, and had bought some cold chain items which the hotel accommodated us and offered to keep it their freezer. The buffet breakfast is a highlight of the stay, money well spent. It kept us full the entire day. We made use of the laundry service, which was convenient. Our clothes were collected in the morning and returned in the evening. Our room was made up every day with fresh towels and new toiletries. It was a relaxing stay and a beautiful view every morning & night from the window.
There is not one thing that I didn't like about my stay.

After a 22hr flight, tire, the hotel transport were on time. Booking in went smooty and I walked into a clean, spacious room! Just what I needed after a long flight. Breakfast next morning were exquisite!! Exactly what a traveller needs!

There is no two point plug points or usb charging ports. Very inconvenient in 2023 for an international hotel.
