I loved the location, pricing, hospitality and the friendliness of the restaurant staff. It’s very close to Sandton City mall and quite secure.
Just the front desk staff’s slight impatience.

Straight forward to check in but they did not have some information put through on Booking.com, like I was charged for 1 breakfast everyday when I had paid for it as I booked for 2 people
Conflicting information, I booked and paid for 2 people only to be tole that I have to pay R195 for breakfast by reception and R240 for the same breakfast by restaurant staff, this was confusing, not straight forward and felt like a scam

Location and free shuttle to the Sandton Mall.
Didn’t feel like a 4* hotel.
We had problems with the shower as the cold taps were stuck which meant we couldn’t use the shower on the first morning as the water was scolding.The food in the restaurant on the first evening was not good as so salty.
