Staff was friendly and the location was perfect for me.
It was just little things where it fell short. The TV wasn't working, I told the staff member, and she told me to restart it. I said I had, and she just reiterated that I need to restart it, then went to bed. I didn't want to bug her, because it was already just after 21h00, I think. The coffee wasn't full, so I used the last of it on the first morning, and it wasn't refilled. Luckily, I had a feeling that would be the case, and I bought my own coffee for my last morning there.
No shower cap, no hairdryer. Also, I didn't realise I had to arrange with staff to leave early on my last day. I felt really bad that they then had to wake up to let me out, as someone has to physically open and close the gate, and there is no security box or anything, so you can let yourself out and leave the keys. I don't really understand how it has such a good rating. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely fell short of expectations based on the good reviews.
