I liked the hotel mainly because of its convenient location. It was close to the mall and, most importantly, close to the school where we needed to take our children for interviews. Since that was the main purpose of our trip, the location worked perfectly for us.
What I didn’t like was the overall cleanliness of the room. The shower had quite a lot of hair, which made it clear that it had not been cleaned properly. The duvet also had a visible stain, and the inside of the cupboard was very dirty. It felt as though some areas had simply been overlooked rather than thoroughly cleaned. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping and attention to detail.
