- location - connected to the mall for shopping and Mandela Square where there was a wide choice of fine dining .
-amenities- good gym
- staff - always ready to ensure guests needs were met & willing to go the extra mile… they gave us a hearty packed breakfast at 5am on the check-out day, since we had an early flight .

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering great city views. Breakfast featured a standard buffet alongside one main à la carte dish. The staff was friendly, and the location is perfect for easily accessing the shops and restaurants in the adjoining mall.
The room facilities are somewhat dated and in need of maintenance, particularly the hand shower, which functioned poorly. Additionally, room service failed to restock basic amenities, and both the main TV and Wi-Fi connection were unreliable, frequently freezing or disconnecting.
