It was cosy, clean and friendly.
Breakfast could have been better, sat under warm lamps and not fresh.
Swimming pool and changing rooms could do with a refresh.

Location and breakfast. We went to Legoland and this hotel is on Legoland their list. We also visited Windsor Castle and the hotel is not far away.
The breakfast was also very good, nice cooked breakfast.
The main reception is not very clearly marked.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The variety at the buffet breakfast was great.
The room was a long way from the car park and the main communal areas. The wifi in our room was completely unavailable during our stay. This was unacceptable, as hotel staff were aware of this when checking us in to our room but did not advise us. In addition, there was absolutely no mobile reception in our room, so we were completely cut off from communication. My husband went to complain and was finally offered a room in the main house, but by this point my daughter was already asleep, and the room hadn't even been made up, so we decided to stay where we were.
