Well priced. We arrived very late and staff were helpful. We were in a newer building on site, not very well labelled but someone came out quickly to help us find the rooms.

It's a bit shabby and the breakfast was just okay. To be fair, I think guests from a wedding the previous day had snaffled most of it before we arrived.

There were one or two snagging things in the bathroom (worn silicone) and main room (large carpet burn), but they did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Wait staff very good and friendly. Breakfast and dinner OK but disappointing menu

Room 25 was SAD. I always expect single rooms to be small but my room and my sisters - 23 - were miniscule and in bad repair. Her blind was held up with giant safety pins and she needed staff help to open the windows. I had no soap and no remote for the TV and the room badly needed redecorating Sadly I had paid extra to be housed in mai. Hotel rather than the annexe
