The front desk staff were all SO nice and helpful!

£20 to park my car overnight was a bit steep, but it's a rental car so I was just grateful to have somewhere safe to tick it

Very cold in the room, had to wait a long time for the not water to get hot. The staff for the pool reception very unpleasant.
