Good balance overall, no real weak spots. No tatty fittings, very clean.
Had to wait 45 mins for cooked breakfast to arrive on first day, which was the exception because no problem on other days.

Welcoming and clean. The room was fully equipped with everything. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a pleasant outlook over the park. The town was less than 10 minutes walk.
We had an evening meal at the hotel which was really nice. We didn’t have to wait too long and it was hot. The staff were efficient and attentive.
The only thing which we didn’t like was the noise from rooms next door. We could hear the shower and people walking around. The carpark was tight, the spaces were small, this is the only real thing that would stop us returning.
