The receptionist was absolutely lovely and very helpful.
We only ended up using one room (the twin) as the other 2 people cancelled their trip at the last minute.
The room & bathroom were of a very generous size and both beds were comfy.
We were warned that others had complained about the noise from the road, but we were not disturbed by it at all.
We had to keep the curtains closed as there were no nets up on the window, which looks directly out onto the pavement.
We had trouble getting the key card to work, even after having it reset. I believe that the lock is actually the problem & should be replaced.

Quiet room, nice comfy sleep, breakfast very good. Good value for the money.
No facility to hang/store clothing.

Check in was easy. Clear instructions given. Hotel was close to an event we were attending. Breakfast was very good.
The room was so hot with no obvious control on the radiator in the bathroom. The hot water was extremely hot, on the point of dangerous. The bedding was threadbare with one pillow each, as flat as a pancake. Kettle provided with 2 cups and saucers, no teaspoon! Lamp on one side of the bed with no socket nearby to plug it in. Basic things that could be improved on. Parking also an issue due to lack of spaces.
