I had booked 2 double rooms for ourselves and our parents to stay one night to attend a wedding in Romford. The hotel called me to offer us the apartment with 2 double bedrooms with kitchen and lounge/dining room. I accepted the upgrade. It was a very spacious and well equipped apartment. There were free car parking spaces directly outside, which was very convenient. We had a very comfortable stay.
Unfortunately there was no duvet in one of the bedrooms, I assume with the heatwaves, sheets had been used. We had to contact Reception late night who eventually provided one. No other issues.

Very friendly and courteous staff. No complaints about the room - it was clean and in good condition. Ease of parking on site.
The link to pre-book breakfast did not work and the hotel did not respond to the message I sent notifying them of this.
Guests should be reminded of the breakfast time or, at least, information about breakfast should be placed on the desk/table in the room.

It was very convenient for our venue and had excellent parking facilities.
It was advertised as a small double but you literally couldn’t swing a cat in there
