Newly fitted room and bathroom. Small frige in room was a bonus. Easy book in and check out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly return.

Hotel was nicely located and clean
The walls were very thin and single glazed windows. You could hear everything outside and in the rooms near you

I had booked 2 double rooms for ourselves and our parents to stay one night to attend a wedding in Romford. The hotel called me to offer us the apartment with 2 double bedrooms with kitchen and lounge/dining room. I accepted the upgrade. It was a very spacious and well equipped apartment. There were free car parking spaces directly outside, which was very convenient. We had a very comfortable stay.
Unfortunately there was no duvet in one of the bedrooms, I assume with the heatwaves, sheets had been used. We had to contact Reception late night who eventually provided one. No other issues.
