Location was a short metro ride from the city centre. A bit more quiet.
Own bathroom facilities rather than shared.

Very friendly staff easy check in. Bed quite small but comfy enough. Room is small and dated but fine for the money. Toilet is also small. All In all its good value for one night.

Here for great north run on a budget. So you get what you pay for and set your expectations. A cheap and cheerful stay, better than a hostel. Clean, tidy, but dated. Great for metro. Bathroom shared, ditto toilets.
Biggest draw back was no kettle in room, so regular trips to the kitchen area where there is an urn on the go.
