Staff were great and very friendly. We were able to change our room no problem because of the location of the bed in the eaves.
Bar and vending machine. Good on site parking.
Rooms are clean and ours was freshly decorated.
Great value for money just don’t expect The Ritz!
Height above the bath meant showering was difficult (room 35)

The staff were extremely helpful and prompt during our stay, of which was very busy as it was the Great North Run, bit nothing was too much trouble for them at all, and we were made to feel very safe and welcome.
