I stay here regular so no real complaints its convenient location for events I was going to local
Good bus service for Newcastle and Gateshead which is also walking distance for food shops etc
There is a fridge and microwave in reception area which is good and chocolate drink machine
Staff are friendly
I was at the bottom which I prefer
Some homeless staying here at present and don't really want to be involved in their drama

The staff member on the reception was brilliant .
How noisy it was at 4 am , stains on ceiling , very tired , caps in the ceiling , door loose on the bathroom , just very unkept .
